A New Year...

I started this blog while working for Circuit City. Did you know they went out of business?

Did you know that Systemax just bought the rights to their brand name, e-commerce business and identity? It's true. The ol' Circuit City website is back up and running. Systemax also purchased what was left of the Comp USA when they went under last year. What a good business to be in right now! They're going to have a stellar year.

Dum...

I feel really stupid today so I'm playing Mahjong to kick-start my brain. It hurts my mind (you know, that hot feeling on the top of your head) to play this game but I think it's more stimulating than Tetris. If I cared for the DS I'd want to play Brainage. Make me some flash cards quick before I turn into a ball of mush. Not being in school is making me totally stupid. I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE AN IDIOT.

Stealing Ur Bandwith...

In order of The Sock Hop (yeah, it's a proper noun) that we're putting on in March, I figured I'd steal someone's bandwith and post the song that inspired the event. Okay, this isn't the ONLY song that put this idea in our heads, but I've been in love with Lou Christie ever since my parents took me to Pierce's Pit BBQ years ago and they played "Lightnin' Strikes."

I hate dancing, but this song makes me WISH I DID NOT.
